In a disciplinary investigation regarding students mocking a 61-year-old teacher at a high school in Ankara, 5 students were expelled from formal education, and 2 students were given a transfer penalty to another school.

Five students who mocked their physics teacher were expelled from formal education, and two were given a school transfer penalty.

Students at Kocatepe Mimar Kemal Anatolian High School in Çankaya, Ankara, were in the spotlight on social media after videos surfaced showing them mocking their 61-year-old physics teacher, M.C. Following the backlash from the videos, the school administration initiated a disciplinary investigation.

PENALTIES FOR STUDENTS REVEALED

The disciplinary process for a total of seven students regarding the incident that occurred last month has been completed. Five students were expelled from formal education, and two students received a school transfer penalty.

Teacher M.C. defended his students by saying, "I love my children very much. They may have been a bit mischievous; after all, they are young. I love them a lot. Don't do anything to the children."
