According to the information obtained, the minibus driven by F.T., which carries passengers within the city, dropped off foreign nationals N.I.M. and S.K.Y. in an area where passenger drop-off is prohibited. Then, while reversing, the driver ran over the passengers he had just dropped off. Other passengers, noticing the situation, warned the driver to stop the vehicle. The two individuals who went under the vehicle were taken to hospitals by ambulances that arrived at the scene after other passengers reported the incident. It was learned that the health conditions of the injured remain serious. Meanwhile, the moment of the accident was recorded by the City Security Management System camera, and it was reported that the minibus driver, who was taken into custody after the incident, is still undergoing procedures at the police station.
