While forest fires continue in many regions of the country, the General Directorate of Meteorology has issued warnings for strong winds and storms. Particularly in some areas of Marmara, Aegean, Mediterranean, and Eastern Anatolia, winds are expected to blow at speeds of 40-70 km/h. This situation increases the risk of the fires spreading.
