In the meeting with Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi, the son of the last Shah of Iran, Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, who was overthrown in the 1979 Iranian Islamic Revolution, political and military developments in Iran were highlighted.

Zelensky made a statement regarding the meeting on his social media account. The Ukrainian leader said that Pahlavi and his team informed him about the information they received from within Iran.
"THE REGIME HAS SUFFERED SIGNIFICANT LOSSES"
Zelensky claimed that the Iranian government has experienced significant losses due to recent developments, stating:
"It appears that the regime hierarchy has indeed suffered significant losses. It is critically important that the Iranian government gains nothing from this situation and that the Iranian people have more opportunities to better protect their lives and determine their own destiny."
"UKRAINE WANTS TO SEE A FREE IRAN"
Zelensky also stated that Ukraine wants to see a free Iran that does not cooperate with Russia and does not lead to instability in the Middle East and Europe.
The Ukrainian leader thanked the Iranian Crown Prince for his support of Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity and expressed that the teams of both sides would remain in contact.
