As part of the negotiations that began at the beginning of the year, Arsan Textile signed a share transfer agreement to acquire 92% of Zorlu Factoring's capital. In a statement made on March 18 to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), it was announced that the transfer process was subject to the approval of the Banking Regulation and Supervision Agency (BDDK).
SOLD FOR 138 MILLION TL
Arsan Textile announced that the process has been completed with a notification sent to KAP. The statement indicated that 138 million TL, corresponding to 92% of Zorlu Factoring's nominal capital of 150 million TL, has been purchased.

In an official statement from Arslan Textile, founded by Ömer Faruk Arıkan in 1984, the following was stated: "In accordance with Article 11 of the Law No. 6361 on Financial Leasing, Factoring, Financing, and Savings Financing Companies and the relevant regulations, the transactions regarding the purchase of 138,000,000 TL nominal portion, which corresponds to 92% of the capital of Zorlu Factoring A.Ş. by our company from Zorlu Holding A.Ş. have been completed as of September 17, 2025."
