In Ankara, 22-year-old Hakan Çakır was stabbed to death by two brothers aged 14 and 17 during a fight that broke out after harassment was directed at his sister. Health teams that arrived at the scene determined that Hakan Çakır had lost his life. The injured father and brother were taken to the hospital and were discharged after their treatment.

Police captured T.Z., S.Z., E.Z., their father C.Z., and U.K., who fled the scene after the incident. After their procedures at the police station, the father and three sons were arrested, while U.K. was released.

One of the witnesses of the incident, Satı Terzi, explained that the attack started after verbal harassment against the sister, stating that the assailants attacked with rotary knives and that Hakan Çakır was stabbed in the heart and abdomen. Terzi said, "The deceased Hakan was a very good person; he meant no harm to anyone."
