"I MAY HAVE KICKED, I DON'T REMEMBER"

In his statement during the hearing, 21-year-old S.S. stated that P.D., 42, was his ex-girlfriend and that they had been in a relationship for nearly three years, saying, "On the day of the incident, we went to Çırpı Mevkii to drink alcohol. P.D. came to us in an intoxicated state. She shouted from her car. We told her not to shout in the picnic area. When I went to her, she grabbed the amulet hanging around my neck and said, 'Your family did magic. They separated you from me,' and took the amulet from my neck. She stepped on the gas and left quickly. I returned to my friends. I said the amulet was valuable to me and set out to get it back from P.D. I saw that P.D.'s car had gone to the gas station. My friend H.A. hit P.D.'s car at the gas station. The person working at the gas station attacked us. At that moment, T.A. saw the amulet in P.D.'s hand. P.D. had gone into the market. When T.A. followed her, a scuffle broke out inside the market. When I entered the market, both of them were on the ground. I was shocked. Did you like what you did to P.D.? I wanted to leave there, saying, 'God damn it.' Since I had previously used the car that P.D. was driving, I got in the car and left due to the influence of alcohol. P.D. tried to get me out of the car, but I didn't notice. If she came from behind while I was getting into the car, I may have kicked. I don't remember. I didn't do this intentionally. After going about 30-40 meters, I left the car at the gas station. I didn't ask P.D. for the keys, phone, or wallet. I didn't see her phone or bag. P.D. shouted and cursed at me and my friends at Çırpı point and at the gas station. I do not accept the charges. I request my acquittal," he stated.

In the court where the other two defendants also gave similar statements, the complainant P.D. announced that she forgave the defendants.

"I AM NOT COMPLAINING BECAUSE I AM A MOTHER OF THE DEFENDANTS"

The woman named P.D. stated in her testimony that she met with S.S. during the day and that they were together, saying, "I went to the Çırpı area for a picnic, I did not go to S.S.'s side. I did not get out of the car at all. We talked and had a verbal argument. I had a friendship with S.S. before. I saw that a vehicle was behind me very loudly before I reached Bademli Junction from the Esenköy direction. I pulled to the right. They did not pass. I wanted to speed up but couldn't due to traffic. When I looked in the mirror, I saw three people coming. I recognized S.S. They hit the car while trying to enter the gas station in the opposite direction. I asked a person working at the gas station for help and entered the market section. The three people outside attacked the person at the gas station. While I was inside, an unknown person named T.A. came in. He threw me to the ground and punched me. I tried to hit back to save myself. He threw me to the ground, bit my arm, and punched my head. He didn't ask me for anything. When I turned outside, I saw S.S. I asked him to get out of my car. When I tried to go to the left front door of the car, T.A. came in front of me and punched me. S.S. stepped on the gas and left. We called the police. The car was left at the other entrance of the gas station. My phone was on the right front seat of the car, and my bag was on the back seat. I had a thousand TL behind my phone, which was missing. My bag was completely spilled in the back. I am not complaining because I am a mother of the defendants. I have no material damage. I do not wish to participate in the case," she stated.

At the end of the hearing, it was decided to release the detained suspect H.A. under judicial control, while the detention of S.S. and T.A. was continued, and the hearing was postponed to a later date.
