The war between the US-Israel and Iran has entered its 14th day with intense clashes. Iranian media reported that loud explosion sounds were heard in the capital Tehran, under attack from the US and Israel.
Iranian media stated that explosion sounds were heard from various regions of Tehran. Some Iranian channels reported that the explosions occurred in the eastern and southern parts of the city.
THEY STRUCK 11 DIFFERENT AREAS
The Asriran news site announced that the explosions in Tehran occurred in 11 different areas. These areas were recorded as Levasan and Zaferaniye in the north of the city, Islamshahr and Rey city in the south, Tehranpars, Perdis in the east, and Punek, Merzdaran, Sohreverdi, Dovlet, and Naziabad in the west. No official statement has been made regarding the matter yet.
JET RETALIATION FROM IRAN
Iran did not delay in retaliating after the attacks on Tehran. It was reported that 59 people were injured, 58 of them lightly, in the missile retaliation targeting northern Israel from Iran.
ONE OF THE INJURED IS IN SERIOUS CONDITION
In a statement from Israel's emergency service, Magen David Adom, it was noted that 59 people were injured, 58 of them lightly, in the new missile attack from Iran. The statement mentioned that a 35-year-old woman in the northern Israeli town of Zarzir was moderately injured after being hit by a shrapnel piece.
EXPLOSION SOUNDS HEARD
After the missiles sent from Iran, it was reported that explosion sounds were heard in the sky in northern Israel, where sirens were sounded. Israeli media reported that some houses were damaged due to Iran's retaliation.
"GO TO SHELTERS" CALL
The Israeli army announced that two separate intense missile attacks were launched from Iran to the north of the country at half-hour intervals, urging the public to go to shelters.
US-ISRAEL'S ATTACKS ON IRAN
While negotiations continued between Tehran and Washington, Israel and the US launched a military attack on Iran on February 28. Iran retaliated with attacks on targets it identified in some regional countries, including Qatar, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and Bahrain, where US bases are located, in addition to Israel.
In the US-Israel attacks, Iranian leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, as well as many high-ranking officials, were killed. According to Iranian officials, the death toll in the US-Israel attacks exceeded 1,348, and the number of injured surpassed 17,000.
