With the slowdown of the processes, a truck queue of approximately 2 kilometers formed at the border. WAITING TO CROSS FOR 5 DAYS
Truck driver Ahmedi Pjani, who stated that he has been waiting in line to cross at the border gate for 5 days, expressed that they are in a difficult situation due to the uncertainty and technical malfunctions in the region. Pjani said, "We have been waiting at the border for days. We cannot communicate with our families due to the lack of internet connection, and everyone is experiencing great anxiety.
We are struggling to meet our basic needs; our food is running out, and hygiene facilities are insufficient. We expect a solution to this situation as soon as possible. War brings bad consequences for everyone. Our hope is that this process ends quickly and we can return to our work," he said.
It has been learned that the authorities are continuing their efforts to accelerate the crossing processes at customs and alleviate the congestion that has occurred.
