In a chain traffic accident caused by a car that went out of control in Sivas, one person lost their life. An investigation has been launched regarding the accident, in which four people, including two children, were injured.

In Sivas, the driver of the car, Fadime Şimşek Göze (39), who lost control and crossed into the opposite lane, causing a chain collision, lost her life, and 4 people, including 2 children, were injured.



A terrible accident occurred in Sivas. The accident happened around 16:00 in front of the Muhsin Yazıcıoğlu Sports Facilities on the Sivas-Erzincan highway.



A car, driven by Fadime Şimşek Göze, lost control and crossed into the opposite lane, colliding with a light commercial vehicle driven by A.D. (30). A minibus driven by Y.M. coming from behind could not stop and crashed into the light commercial vehicle.



HEAVY TOLL IN THE CHAIN COLLISION



Upon notification, health, police, and fire teams were dispatched to the area. The drivers of the car and the light commercial vehicle, along with passengers in the light commercial vehicle, Ş.N.D. (30), Ö.G.D. (6), and M.B.D. (2), were injured. The driver of the minibus escaped the accident without injury.



The injured were taken to Sivas Cumhuriyet University Medical Faculty and Numune hospitals by ambulances. Despite all interventions, the driver of the car, Fadime Şimşek Göze, could not be saved. It was reported that the health conditions of the other injured were good, and an investigation into the accident has been initiated.
