In an incident in Sunrise, Florida, a tow truck driver named Sergio Suarez began towing a vehicle parked in front of a restaurant. The driver did not notice that a 4-year-old girl was inside the vehicle.
FATHER RAN AFTER THEM
The girl's father noticed that the tow truck was hooking up the car while he was inside the restaurant. He rushed outside to try to stop the driver and repeatedly said that the child was inside.
