Four suspects detained as part of the Gain Media Inc. investigation were referred to the courthouse following their procedures at the police station. Among the suspects, Selahattin Aydın, Berkin Kaya, and Barbaros Reşat Gülcan were sent to the Magistrate Court with a request for arrest, while the presenter Okan Karacan was referred to the court with a request for judicial control.

OPERATION AGAINST GAIN MEDIA
An illegal betting operation was carried out yesterday against the digital content platform Gain Media Inc. In the operation conducted by the gendarmerie against GAİN Media and other affiliated companies under Anahat Holding, 3 suspects, including the holding and company officials, were detained. Assets obtained from the crime by the 4 suspects, including Selahattin Aydın, Berkin Kaya, and Barbaros Reşat Gülcan, were seized, and all organizations affiliated with GAIN Media were appointed as trustees by the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF). With the detention of the presenter Okan Karacan in the morning hours, the number of suspects increased to 4.
INTERROGATION PROCEEDINGS CONTINUE
The 4 suspects, whose procedures were completed at the police station, were referred to the Istanbul Courthouse in Çağlayan. The interrogation proceedings of the suspects are ongoing.
REQUEST FOR ARREST OF 3 SUSPECTS
The prosecutor's office referred Selahattin Aydın, Berkin Kaya, and Barbaros Reşat Gülcan, who completed their statements, to the Peace Criminal Court with a request for arrest, while presenter Okan Karacan was referred with a request for judicial control.
