The incident occurred on Akasya Street, Merkez Neighborhood, Alaplı district. According to the information obtained, the mother, who wanted to wake her son in the morning hours, found 21-year-old Barış Alper motionless in his bed. Upon the notice, health and police teams were dispatched to the address.
In the examination conducted by health teams, it was determined that Barış Alper had lost his life. After the incident, police teams took security measures at the house, and following the examination by crime scene investigation teams and the public prosecutor, the young man's body was removed to the Ereğli State Hospital morgue for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
