Leyla Üren, who lived alone in Şanlıurfa, was stabbed to death in her home. The suspect in Üren's murder, Ahmad El Avvad, a Syrian national, has been taken into custody.

In Şanlıurfa, a woman named Leyla Örün was found dead in her home with her throat slit after her relatives, who had not heard from her, notified the authorities.

According to the information obtained, the incident occurred late at night in the Bahçelievler neighborhood of the Haliliye district in Şanlıurfa. Allegedly, relatives of Leyla Örün, who was alone on the 5th floor of an apartment that night, went to her home after not being able to reach her. After the woman did not open the door, the police were notified.

THE HORRIFIC INCIDENT WAS REVEALED WITH THE ARRIVAL OF THE TEAMS

Police teams who arrived at the scene requested assistance from the fire department to open the door. After the fire department opened the door, the teams that entered saw the woman lying on the floor in a pool of blood. Medical teams determined during their examination that the woman had lost her life. The body was taken to the Şanlıurfa Forensic Medicine Institution Morgue for an autopsy after the examination.

Police teams launched an investigation to solve the horrific incident. The investigation related to the incident is ongoing.
