AGRICULTURAL LANDS WERE DAMAGED
The rainfall that has been effective in the city center and districts since the night hours negatively affected life. After the downpour, which increased its impact during the day, the stream that passes through the rural neighborhoods of Yarımca, Beşik, and Büyükboğaziye in the Kızıltepe district, known among the locals as 'Dry Stream', overflowed. Due to the flood, the surrounding wheat-planted agricultural lands were flooded. In the center of Kızıltepe, many houses and workplaces were flooded. Fire brigade teams carried out evacuation efforts at the flooded addresses.
