PASSED AWAY AFTER THE SURGERY
Ahmet Ali Erol, the AK Party Manavgat District Chairman who recently underwent an angiography, had a bypass surgery at a private hospital where he went for a check-up. After the surgery, Erol was taken to the intensive care unit but unfortunately passed away.
Ahmet Ali Erol, 65, who has been serving as the district chairman since February 2021, was married to the niece of AK Party Antalya Deputy Tuba Vural Çokal and had one daughter. It is expected that Erol's funeral will take place at Sorgun Cemetery. The news of Erol's death has caused great sorrow in Manavgat.
