U.S. President Donald Trump, who threatened Putin with the words, "If there is no peace agreement with Ukraine, we will impose very severe sanctions on Russia within 50 days," made an interesting statement. Trump said, "Zelensky should not hit Moscow. I am not on either side in the Ukraine-Russia war. I want the war to end."

An interesting statement regarding the Russia-Ukraine war came from U.S. President Donald Trump. The day before yesterday, he threatened Putin by saying, "If there is no peace agreement with Ukraine, we will impose very strict sanctions on Russia within 50 days," and announced that weapons, including Patriots, would be sent to Ukraine. Now, Trump has made a U-turn.

TRUMP: ZELENSKY SHOULD NOT STRIKE UKRAINE

Stating that he is not taking sides in the Russia-Ukraine war, Trump addressed Zelensky. Trump said, "Zelensky should not strike Moscow. I am not taking sides in the Ukraine-Russia war. I want the war to end."

In a report published in the Financial Times, it was claimed that U.S. President Trump asked Volodymyr Zelensky whether he could strike Moscow.

U.S. President Donald Trump and NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte met the day before yesterday. After the meeting at the White House, Rutte and Trump appeared before the cameras.

TRUMP: WE WILL IMPOSE HEAVY SANCTIONS ON RUSSIA IF A PEACE AGREEMENT CANNOT BE REACHED

Trump, who issued threats to Russian President Vladimir Putin, stated that if an agreement could not be reached between Russia and Ukraine, strict tariffs would be imposed on Moscow. Trump said, "I am not happy with Russia. I am unhappy. If there is no peace agreement with Ukraine, we will impose very strict sanctions on Russia within 50 days, including 100% secondary tariffs." Trump also announced that new weapons would be sent to Ukraine.

Trump stated, "Today we made an agreement to send weapons to Ukraine," explaining that the U.S. would produce these weapons and NATO allies would cover the costs. U.S. President Trump said, "We are sending top-level weapons to Ukraine, coordinated by NATO."

NEW WEAPONS SHIPMENTS WILL BE MADE TO UKRAINE

Noting that long discussions had been held with Russia but nothing had changed, Trump said that Kyiv was still being bombed, stating, "This has to stop." Trump also announced that new weapons shipments would be made to Ukraine.

NATO SECRETARY GENERAL: U.S. ARMS SUPPLY IS VERY IMPORTANT

NATO Secretary General Rutte stated, "The U.S. decision to supply arms to Ukraine is very important. I will talk to European states and we will prepare military aid containers for Ukraine. During this process, I was taken more seriously in discussions with Ukraine due to the presence of Russian President Vladimir Putin there."
