Speaking on the subject, Prof. Dr. Oytun Erbaş expressed the following in his statement:
"If a woman has been unfaithful, move on. A woman's infidelity is truly emotional. She has believed and trusted you, but she has given up on you. Here, drug and substance addiction comes into play. Studies conducted abroad have shown that alcohol and drugs definitely increase infidelity in both genders, but it is seen to increase more in women. This is because women face some societal pressures. They may not cheat, but when alcohol is consumed, they are more likely to cheat and are more susceptible to sexually transmitted diseases like HIV and Hepatitis C. It is even known that cervical cancer is more prevalent in women who consume alcohol. You might wonder what cervical cancer has to do with this; it has been observed that there are uncontrolled sexual relationships."

Erbaş continued, saying, "Also, the same amount of alcohol affects women more. Due to the higher fat tissue in women, the distribution volume is lower, which is why the concentration remains higher. Alcohol definitely affects women more. Therefore, it is said that women who consume alcohol are more likely to cheat, and this can become a habit. A reflex develops: consuming alcohol, finding pleasure in infidelity, and forgetting. Because they forget, they abandon their responsibilities. I always say that a woman who consumes alcohol has a higher risk of infidelity. A woman who doesn't love will be unfaithful. A woman who cheats does not love."
