Bengü Türk evaluated the situation as a typographical error. The statement from the institution included the following expressions:

RESPONSIBLE EDITOR DISMISSED
After the mistake, the responsible editor was dismissed. The incorrect expression in the news was also changed to 'great Turkish geography.'

The statement continued by reacting to the shares made on social media:
