While the excitement of the 8th Ordinary Grand Congress of the AK Party continues, the list of the Central Decision and Executive Board (MKYK) has also been revealed. The list includes names such as Abdulkadir Develi, Ali İhsan Yavuz, Hilmi Türkmen, Kürşad Zorlu, Osman Gökçek, and Mesut Özil.

The 8th Ordinary Grand Congress process of the AK Party began with district congresses on October 12 and provincial congresses on November 30. The AK Party, which completed the congress process in 81 provinces with the Istanbul 8th Ordinary Provincial Congress held on February 7, started its 8th Ordinary Grand Congress today at the Ankara Sports Hall.

The main slogan of the congress is determined as "With AK in the name, bright future in the light." It is expected that 1,607 delegates will vote at the congress. Additionally, the introduction of the AK Party's new song and a short film screening are planned to take place at the congress.
