A fire broke out due to the explosion of a drone that crashed near the airport in Erbil, Iraq, where a US base is located. The details of the attack are not yet known.

Recently, a kamikaze drone (UAV) that fell near Erbil Airport, which also houses a US base, exploded, causing a fire.
A FIRE BROKE OUT AFTER THE EXPLOSION
The UAV that fell in the vacant land near houses in the Gezne neighborhood close to Erbil Airport exploded. After the explosion, a fire broke out, and civil defense teams along with security forces were dispatched to the area. No official statement has been made regarding the details of the attack yet.
177 UAV ATTACKS HAVE BEEN CARRIED OUT ON ERBIL
Since the first day Iran initiated retaliation against US and Israeli attacks, explosion sounds have been heard daily in Erbil, and air defense systems have been activated.
According to official authorities, during this period, 210 UAV attacks have been carried out against the Iraqi Kurdish Regional Government, including 177 on Erbil.
