CRIMINAL COMPLAINT BY AK PARTY'S ŞAHAN

AK Party Yozgat Deputy Süleyman Şahan announced that he filed a criminal complaint against the Israeli police officer who said "I am from Yozgat." In a statement he made on his social media account, Şahan expressed that he filed a complaint against the perpetrators under Articles 8-12 of the Turkish Penal Code (TCK) due to the actions against Zeynep Tekocak, and added, "I also filed a complaint on behalf of Yozgat and all my fellow citizens from Yozgat against the Israeli soldier who dared to tarnish the name of Yozgat with these disgraceful actions, identifying himself as 'I am from Yozgat' under Article 217/A of the TCK."
