Upon notification, fire brigade, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. As the fire brigade teams were insufficient, reinforcements were sent from the districts of Bismil and Hazro to the fire area. The teams are still intervening in the fire.
STUBBLE FIRES IN DIYARBAKIR AND MARDIN
The fire, which started as a stubble and cover fire in Köksalan Neighborhood of Çınar district in Diyarbakır on June 20 at 22:15 and affected the neighborhoods of Yazçiçeği, Bağrık, and Ağaçsever due to the intensity of the wind, progressed towards Yücebağ, Şenyuva, and Yetkinler neighborhoods in the Mazıdağı district of Mardin. The fire was brought under control as a result of the intense efforts of the fire teams and the citizens. 15 people lost their lives in the stubble fires.
