The Ministry of Justice is looking for candidates for the Seventh Notary Public in Erzurum. Although the ministry has announced the position five times, it has not been able to find any candidates. Despite an income of 2 million lira, the appointment for the first-class notary has not been realized for the fifth time.
The Ministry of Justice has published a new announcement for the Erzurum Seventh Notary, which has been vacant for a long time. Despite four previous announcements for a first-class notary, which is estimated to have a gross income of 2 million lira for the year 2024, no appointment has been made. The fifth announcement was also announced today in the Official Gazette.
SOME FACILITIES HAVE BEEN PROVIDED
It was stated that the notary position has been announced for the fifth time, and the Ministry of Justice has provided some facilities to candidates during this process. According to a report by NTV, it was announced that appointments could be made from higher-class or the same-class notaries for notaries that could not be appointed; if there are no willing candidates from these classes, appointments could be made from lower-class notaries. Additionally, the term requirement, which is normally two years for appointments to be made within this scope, has been reduced to one year.
APPLICATIONS WILL BE RECEIVED ELECTRONICALLY
Accordingly, first-class or lower-class notaries who have completed at least one year in their current notary office will be able to apply within one month from the announcement date. Applications will be made through the secure electronic signature, e-Government password, or mobile signature on the screen available at www.vatandas.uyap.gov.tr.
WHERE WILL THE SEVENTH NOTARY BE ESTABLISHED?
The service area of the Erzurum Seventh Notary was also detailed in the announcement. Accordingly, the notary will be established within the island located between the two streets, starting from the intersection of Adnan Menderes Avenue and Cahar Dudayev Avenue, extending to the area where it intersects with the E80 Highway, and in the areas on these two streets and 100 meters deep.
