GERMANY: THE POSSIBILITY OF MILITARY CONFLICT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED

In a statement made on the social media account of Germany's embassy in Tehran, titled "Urgent call for German citizens in Iran to leave the country again," it was noted that the situation of tension in Iran and the region continues. The statement indicated that the security situation could worsen further and that the possibility of military conflicts cannot be excluded, hence the reminder for German citizens to leave Iran.

The statement requested that German citizens use the available means to leave the country, considering that in the event of escalating tensions, the Foreign Ministry and the German Embassy in Tehran "may provide almost no support" for leaving the country.

Tusk stressed that in the event of a hot conflict, no one can guarantee evacuation options for Polish citizens. He pointed out that past evacuation warnings have sometimes been ignored, which has led to serious consequences.
