Jessie J, who is battling breast cancer, gave hope to her followers by saying, "The cancer is completely gone," after her successful surgery. The singer shared her recovery process with a humorous touch, stating, "My nipple is back where it used to be."
Famous British singer Jessie J has passed another significant milestone in her battle against breast cancer. The 37-year-old artist, whose real name is Jessica Cornish, shared an uplifting update about her health on her Instagram Stories, stating, "Pros: The cancer is completely gone."
"THE NIPPLE HAS BEEN REPLACED BACK TO ITS OLD POSITION"
Diagnosed with early-stage breast cancer in April, Jessie J mentioned that the mastectomy and reconstruction surgeries she underwent earlier this month were successful. With a humorous touch, she added, "The nipple is back where it used to be" to her post.
The artist had previously announced that she would only perform once during this process. After taking the stage at the Capital Summertime Ball event on June 15, she took a short break from performing for her surgery and treatment.
Praising the support she received from her family, the singer stated, "My mom lives with us. Sky is just acting like Sky. Chanan makes me feel safe, and the messages I receive are top-notch." Cornish has been in a relationship with basketball player Chanan Colman since 2021. The couple has a two-year-old son named Sky.
