The images of M.S., a mentally disabled person, being tortured while tied to a crane in Ankara caused outrage. Following the spread of the footage, K.B., M.Ş., and N.A., who were identified as having recorded the video, along with B.Ç., the business owner who was found to have not intervened despite being aware of the incident, were taken into custody.

AN INVESTIGATION WAS INITIATED AS THE FOOTAGE SPREAD
According to a statement from the Ankara Provincial Police Department, police teams initiated an investigation after the footage related to the incident was published on social media, and they determined that the victim M.S. was working in the logistics of the business where the incident took place.
THEY WERE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY ONE BY ONE
K.B., M.Ş., and N.A., who were identified as having filmed M.S., a mentally disabled person, tied to a crane by his foot, along with the business owner B.Ç., who did not intervene despite learning about the incident, were taken into custody. It was learned that the suspects would be referred to the courthouse after the necessary procedures were completed.
