Galatasaray has signed 25-year-old midfielder Gabriel Sara from English Championship team Norwich City. The yellow-reds will pay a transfer fee of 18 million euros to the English club in 9 equal installments spread over 3 seasons. The Brazilian star, who has agreed to a 5-year contract, will receive a salary of 2.75 million euros. With this transfer, Sara becomes the most expensive transfer in the club's history and the second most expensive transfer in Turkish football history.
Galatasaray has signed Brazilian midfielder Gabriel Sara from English Championship team Norwich City. In a statement released by the yellow-red club, it was announced that an agreement had been reached with Norwich City for the transfer of 25-year-old Gabriel Sara.
TRANSFER FEE AND CONTRACT DETAILS
It was reported that a transfer fee of 18 million euros, to be paid in 9 equal installments over 3 seasons, will be paid to Norwich City for Sara's transfer. It was also stated that the Brazilian player will receive a salary of 2.75 million euros per season for the five-year contract.

An agreement has been reached with professional football player Gabriel Davi Gomes Sara and his club Norwich City Football Club PLC regarding the transfer of the player.
Accordingly, a transfer fee of 18,000,000 EUR, to be paid in 9 equal installments over 3 seasons, will be paid to the player's former club.
An agreement has been reached with the player for a period of 5 seasons starting from the 2024-2025 season, and a net salary of 2,750,000 EUR per season will be paid for each football season.
GALATASARAY'S MOST EXPENSIVE TRANSFER
Sara, who was transferred to Galatasaray for 18 million euros, became the most expensive transfer in the history of the yellow-red club, surpassing Mario Jardel, who was acquired for 17 million euros. The Brazilian midfielder also became the second most expensive transfer in Turkish football history. At the top of the list is Fenerbahçe's signing of Moroccan striker Youssef En-Nesyri for 19.5 million euros this summer.

WHO IS GABRIEL SARA?
