According to the Marketing Türkiye YouTube Rating Report, Haberler.com has become the most-watched internet news site on YouTube. The report once again highlighted Haberler.com's strong position in digital journalism with a focus on video content.
The Marketing Türkiye YouTube Rating Report, prepared by Marketing Türkiye and MTM Media Monitoring Center, scrutinized the YouTube performance of news channels. Covering the last three months, the report provided a digital report card of the news ecosystem based on key metrics such as views, subscriber growth, and content production volume.
The study, prepared under six main categories, evaluated TV channels, internet news sites, independent news channels, main news bulletins, newspapers, and news agencies.
LEADER IN INTERNET NEWS SITES: HABERLER.COM
According to the report, Haberler.com topped the list in the "internet news sites" category with its high view counts on YouTube. This performance highlighted the increasing importance of video content in digital news consumption and the platform's strong position on YouTube. With regular content production and news videos that capture the agenda, Haberler.com ranked among the top choices for users' news preferences on YouTube.
CHANNELS THAT STOOD OUT IN OTHER CATEGORIES
In the TV Channels category, Ulusal Kanal was the most viewed channel, while Yurttaş TV stood out among independent news channels. Show Ana Haber achieved leadership among main news bulletins, and Cumhuriyet was the top newspaper, while İhlas News Agency (İHA) reached the highest view performance among news agencies.
NOTABLE DATA ON SUBSCRIBER GROWTH AND CONTENT PRODUCTION
In the subscriber growth category, TRT World topped the list with 210,000 new subscribers gained in the last three months. This result indicated that the impact of international news content on YouTube is increasingly strengthening.
In terms of content production volume, Halk TV stood out. The channel became the news channel that produced the most videos on YouTube in the last three months, with a total of 7,479 contents, including 1,722 Shorts and 5,757 horizontal videos.
