“I KILLED HER TO PROTECT HER” SHE SAID
41-year-old Tyiece Oninski, living in Wisconsin, confessed to killing her daughter during a 13-minute phone call with the police. The suspect claimed that while committing the murder, she was "trying to protect her daughter from someone else," and that this person was Elon Musk.
Teams that arrived at the scene determined that 14-year-old Kuren Rein had died at home from multiple stab wounds.
ATTEMPTED SUICIDE AFTER THE MURDER
Authorities stated that the mother attempted to harm herself and committed suicide after the murder. Oninski, while requesting an ambulance over the phone, said regarding her daughter's condition, "She is dead, we need a funeral vehicle." Police teams also found the knife used in the murder at the house.

Tests conducted as part of the investigation revealed that the suspect's blood contained benzodiazepine, amphetamine, and THC. Authorities emphasized that there was no evidence of any connection between Elon Musk and the family.
