Selahattin Akarsu made a striking confession while describing the period they lived in financial difficulties.
“There was no money in my pocket, we were staying at my brother's house in Sefaköy. I was the poorest, but I was dreaming about Barış. I would hug him and say, ‘You will succeed, my son.’ I was dreaming while he was here,” he said, moving everyone.

Barış Akarsu is a Turkish rock music artist born in 1979 in Zonguldak. He became known by winning the Academy Turkey competition in 2004. He also reached a wide audience in acting with the series “Yalancı Yarim.” He tragically lost his life at a young age in a traffic accident in Bodrum in 2007.
