As Israel continues its attacks on Iran and Lebanon, Hezbollah Secretary-General Naim Qassem sent a message stating, "We will not surrender." In his televised speech, Qassem said, "Even if our capabilities are limited, we will continue to defend with the resources we have and our faith, no matter how great the sacrifice required." Qassem also called on the Lebanese people to unite against Israel, stating, "Everyone bears the responsibility to resist this attack."
The Al-Manar television channel, affiliated with Hezbollah, published a speech by Hezbollah Secretary-General Naim Qassem regarding Israel's attacks.
Qassem stated that their resistance is a "legitimate right," saying, "This is based on the Taif Agreement, the provisions of all divine religions, the President's oath speech, and the principles outlined in the government statement."
"WE WILL NOT SURRENDER, WE WILL CONTINUE TO FIGHT AGAINST ISRAEL"
Qassem, stating that Hezbollah's weaponry is not up for debate, said, "This is a legitimate right. Hezbollah and its Islamic resistance respond to Israeli-American aggression. Israel's occupation and expansion plan is clear. We will confront this aggression within the framework of the right to defend our people, our resistance, and our homeland. This is an existential defense for us and will continue until our objectives are achieved."
Expressing that they will fight against Israel, Qassem said, "They wanted to take this war to the furthest point possible. However, our preference is to fight them to the end, even at the cost of our lives if necessary. We will not surrender. Even if our resources are limited, with the means we have and our faith, we will continue to defend, no matter how great the sacrifice required."

Qassem expressed that Hezbollah will continue its resistance, stating: "Our duty is to maintain the defense, to thwart the objectives of this Israeli-American enemy, and to remain steadfast in our position of rejecting the enemy's projects. Thus, history will record that we did not hesitate to defend our rights and that we did not surrender to our enemy."

Qassem noted that Israel has killed people by occupying Lebanon, saying, "Everyone in Lebanon bears the responsibility to resist this attack." Calling for unity against Israel, Qassem stated: "This is a struggle that Lebanon is waging against the Israeli enemy. We are fighting to defend our people, the future of our children, and our homeland in Lebanon. This struggle is against direct attacks on us and the targeting of our country. This war is not connected to any other war. What we want is for the Israeli-American attacks to stop and for Israel to withdraw. This is our goal."
