The second race of the season in Formula 1, the Chinese Grand Prix, was won by Mercedes' Italian driver Kimi Antonelli. Antonelli crossed the finish line first with a time of 1:33:15.607 and won for the first time in his career.

The second race of the season in Formula 1, the Chinese Grand Prix, was held at the 5,451-meter-long Shanghai International Circuit over 56 laps.

Starting from pole position, Mercedes' Italian driver Kimi Antonelli became the first driver to see the checkered flag with a time of 1:33:15.607, winning for the first time in his career. The race was completed with Mercedes' British driver George Russell in second place and Ferrari's British driver Lewis Hamilton in third. The third leg of the season, the Japanese Grand Prix, will take place on Sunday, March 29.
