Şule Yazar, the former manager of famous folk singer İbrahim Tatlıses, stated that after the accident in Bodrum, his children İdo Tatlıses and Melek Zübeyde Tatlı wanted to obtain information about Tatlıses' assets. Yazar expressed that during the meeting held at Tatlıses' house, the existing assets were listed one by one with pen and paper.
Famous folk singer İbrahim Tatlıses's former manager Şule Yazar, who worked with him for many years, drew attention with her statements made on a television program. Yazar revealed for the first time the behind-the-scenes of the inheritance and asset discussions within the Tatlıses family following the traffic accident in Bodrum. Şule Yazar stated that they parted ways with Tatlıses due to a hotel project, mentioning that their demands regarding the project were not met and that they experienced disagreements during this process.
“THE CLAIM THAT THE ASSETS WERE WRITTEN DOWN ON PAPER”
Yazar claimed that during a meeting held at home after the accident, the issue of listing the assets on paper came up. According to her claim, some of Tatlıses's children requested information about the existing assets. Speaking on the Gel Konuşalım program, Yazar alleged that this request was made by İdo Tatlıses and Melek Zübeyde Tatlı.
In response to the question, "Did Melek come that day with paper and pen and investigate Tatlıses's assets?" Yazar said, "Yes, they wanted to learn the list of assets together with İdo. They had an accident on their way to such a conversation. The accident also prevented the meeting. After the accident, a meeting was held at Mr. İbrahim's house. They called the other children and requested a list of assets with paper and pen there."
“THE REACTION OF ‘SUCH MATTERS SHOULD NOT BE DISCUSSED WHILE I AM ALIVE’”
Şule Yazar claimed that a dispute occurred between the father and daughter during this process and that they did not speak for a while. She argued that Tatlıses reacted to discussions about inheritance while he was alive. While the statements resonated widely in the public, there has not yet been an official assessment from İbrahim Tatlıses's side regarding the claims.
