Evaluating the match, İlhan Palut said, "Galatasaray already has talented players, and Coach Okan made substitutions in the second half. What was important was not so much what Galatasaray would do, but what we would do. There was a stagnation in my team, and there were moments when I couldn't see the appetite for the game. In the matches I watched, we couldn't extend it over 90 minutes. Game concentration, eagerness for duels, and playing courageously at times were important.
