In the apartment fire, a 9-month-old baby lost their life.

A baby lost its life and one person was injured in a fire that broke out in a house in the Kayapınar district of Diyarbakır.

FIRE BROKE OUT ON THE ROOF FLOOR OF THE APARTMENT

A fire broke out for an undetermined reason on the roof floor of the apartment located on 481st Street in the Fırat Neighborhood of the central Kayapınar district. Upon notification, police, fire brigade, and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.

9-MONTH-OLD BABY LOST ITS LIFE

While the fire was extinguished by the fire brigade, 9-month-old Asel Derin Şenel lost her life, and one person was injured. The injured person was taken to the hospital after the first intervention by the medical teams. The baby's body was taken to the morgue. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
