HOTEL OWNER AND EMPLOYEE ARRESTED
A decision was made to apply house arrest and a travel ban to hotel owner H.O. and hotel employee R.B. The decision was appealed by the peace criminal court. A warrant for the arrest of hotel owner Hakan O. and hotel employee R.B. was issued. The detained suspects were arrested today.
"I SAW AN AMBULANCE IN FRONT OF THE DOOR WHEN I RETURNED"
Meanwhile, in the statement of hotel employee M.M.U.D.C, he said, "I arrived at the hotel around 22:45. There was a smell of vomit in the hotel. Around 01:00, I went outside to get some fresh air due to the smell. After getting some air, I returned. At around 01:30, I locked the hotel door and went to a nearby kebab shop to eat. My purpose for locking the door was to prevent a thief from entering the hotel. There is already a contact number and a note that the keys are on the table at the entrance of the hotel. Since there was a smell in the hotel, I ate the food I bought in the garden next door. When I returned after 15-20 minutes, I saw an ambulance in front of the door. I noticed the Böcek family getting into the ambulance. I have no connection to the incident. I believe I have no fault," he said.
FOOTAGE EMERGED
Following the confession in the hotel employee's statement, moments when the Böcek family was locked in the hotel on the night they fell ill have emerged. The footage shows father Servet Böcek trying to open the locked door at the hotel reception, with an ambulance waiting at the door.
