The Iranian Revolutionary Guards announced that the U.S. presented four conditions before negotiations in Oman and threatened military action if they were not accepted.

Aziz Gazenferi, Deputy Commander for Political Affairs of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, stated that the U.S. presented 4 conditions to Iran before the negotiations in Oman and threatened to launch an attack if they were not accepted.

Gazenferi made evaluations regarding the indirect negotiations between the Iranian and U.S. delegations in Oman in the magazine "Sobh-e Sadık," which means "Faithful Morning," affiliated with the Revolutionary Guards.

U.S.: WE WILL ATTACK IF OUR CONDITIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED

Gazenferi reported that the U.S. presented 4 conditions to Iran before the negotiations in Oman and threatened to launch an attack if they were not accepted, expressing that his country did not surrender in the face of this threat and psychological warfare.

Recalling that the U.S. wanted to negotiate on the ballistic missile program, support for regional proxy groups, enriched uranium, and nuclear issues, Gazenferi stated that Iran's defense capabilities could not be a subject of negotiation and that they continued to take military measures despite the negotiations.

"THE TALKS ARE ONLY ABOUT NUCLEAR ISSUES"

Gazenferi suggested that the general framework of the negotiation talks in Oman was shaped according to Iran's stance, not according to the conditions put forward by the U.S., reminding that the talks were only related to nuclear issues.

Gazenferi emphasized that the Iranian negotiation team conducting the negotiation process with the U.S. operates within the policies determined by the Iranian National Security Council, and therefore, trust should be placed in the negotiation team.
