Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps spokesman Ali Mohammed Naini claimed that they have the capacity to sustain an intense war lasting at least 6 months while maintaining the current operational tempo.
According to Fars News Agency, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps spokesman Ali Mohammed Naini made a statement regarding Iran's retaliatory attacks.
"WE CAN SUSTAIN A WAR LASTING AT LEAST 6 MONTHS"
Naini stated, "The Iranian Armed Forces have the capacity to sustain an intense war lasting at least 6 months while maintaining the current operational tempo."
"WE TARGETED MORE THAN 200 POINTS"
Providing information about his country's attacks on US bases and Israel, Naini said, "More than 200 points were targeted against US and Israeli bases and facilities. Approximately 60% of Iran's firepower was directed at US bases in the region, while 40% was aimed at Israeli targets."
"WE WILL USE MORE ADVANCED MISSILES"
Naini mentioned that the missiles used in operations so far have predominantly been first and second-generation missiles, and stated that in future phases, they will implement a new style of attack with more advanced, less commonly used, and long-range missiles.
"THEY FAILED IN THEIR CALCULATIONS"
Claiming that the planners of the war made mistakes in three areas, Naini said, "Those who planned the war expected that the country would collapse within 48 hours after the assassination of the Iranian leader, that the war would last only 3 days, and that a regional and international coalition against Iran would form. However, they completely failed in these calculations."
