The Israeli army violated the ceasefire by carrying out a series of airstrikes in southern Lebanon. While significant destruction occurred in the targeted areas, Israel claimed that it was targeting Hezbollah's infrastructure.
In news reported by the Lebanese press, it was stated that the Israeli army targeted the town of al-Musaylih in southern Lebanon.
Reports indicated that severe explosions occurred in the area targeted by the Israeli army more than 10 times, resulting in significant destruction in industrial facilities. The news pointed out that bulldozers were present in the targeted area, and it was noted that the Musaylih-Neccariye road was closed.
"HEZBOLLAH'S INFRASTRUCTURE WAS TARGETED"
On the other hand, a statement from the Israeli army claimed that Hezbollah's infrastructure in southern Lebanon was targeted. The statement suggested that vehicles allegedly used by Hezbollah to rebuild its infrastructure were targeted. It was argued that Hezbollah's presence and activities in the region violated the ceasefire between Israel and Lebanon.
