A historic step that will elevate real estate investments to a new level was taken today in Istanbul. FROM HOTEL ROOM TO DIGITAL SHARE: HELIS SUIT FIRST STAGE
As the first step of the collaboration, 48 independent units in the Helis Suit Hotel project will be tokenized and transformed into digital investment products. This way, investors will be able to gain partnership rights even in a single hotel room, allowing them to have a regular income stream.
