The TFF announced that Kasımpaşa will not participate in the Turkish Cup for the 2024/25 season. The Super League team Kasımpaşa informed the TFF that they will not participate in the Ziraat Turkish Cup this season.

In a statement made by the TFF, it was said, "Kasımpaşa A.Ş has informed the Turkish Football Federation that it will not participate in the Ziraat Turkish Cup for the 2024-2025 season. In a letter sent to the Turkish Football Federation on December 7, 2024, it was stated, 'We inform you that we will not participate in the Ziraat Turkish Cup matches to be held in the 2024/2025 football season.' The relevant committees of the Turkish Football Federation will make the necessary evaluations regarding the notification in question." it was stated.

Fenerbahçe had also previously informed the TFF that it would not participate in the Turkish Cup.
