Manager George Gardi, whose name has frequently come up in the recent transfers of Galatasaray, responded harshly to the allegations made against him. Gardi stated that the news published in the Turkish media does not reflect the truth and announced that he would initiate legal proceedings.
"THERE IS DEFAMATION AND MANIPULATION"
George Gardi reacted to the claims that he wanted to be the sole authorized manager in the transfers of the yellow-red club, arguing that all the news reflected in the public is baseless. Gardi expressed that his name is being used intentionally for defamation.
"I HAVE GIVEN FULL AUTHORITY TO MY LAWYER"

"Recently, I feel the need to clarify a large number of news articles in which my name has appeared in the Turkish media. Unfortunately, there is not the slightest truth in any of the information provided. My name is only being used for defamation purposes.
