A funeral ceremony was held today for the late master actor Ahmet Uğurlu, who passed away yesterday. Tamer Karadağlı, who attended the ceremony, comforted actor Mustafa Uğurlu, who was devastated by the loss of his brother and did not leave the coffin.
Eşref Saati, Behzat Ç. ile Yol Ayrımı gibi başarılı yapımlarda yer alan ve aynı zamanda Mustafa Uğurlu'nun da ağabeyi olan usta oyuncu Ahmet Uğurlu dün yaşamını yitirdi. Oyuncu için bugün cenaze töreni düzenleniyor.
Ahmet Uğurlu öğle namazını müteakip kılınacak cenaze namazıyla Üsküdar Şakirin Camisi'nden gönderilecek. Sanatçı, Anadolu Hisarı Mezarlığı'nda toprağa verilecek. Törende abisinin tabutunun başından ayrılmayan Mustafa Uğurlu, taziyeleri de kabul etti. Devlet Tiyatroları Genel Müdürü Tamer Karadağlı, törene katılarak Mustafa Uğurlu'yu teselli etmeye çalıştı. Törene katılanlar arasında Sumru Yavrucuk da yer aldı.
WHO IS AHMET UĞURLU?
Ahmet Uğurlu, known as a Turkish theater and film actor, was born on August 2, 1952 in Konya. After receiving education in Bursa from elementary school to high school, he was admitted to the Painting Department of Gazi University. He started acting by chance and started playing secondary roles at Bursa State Theater. Later, he received education at Ankara Hacettepe State Conservatory and played in many plays at the state theater for thirteen years. Ahmet Uğurlu had his first cinema experience with the film Mine directed by Atıf Yılmaz and won many national and international awards. He is the older brother of actor Mustafa Uğurlu.
