Transport and Infrastructure Minister Abdulkadir Uraloğlu stated that the black box and voice recorders of the plane carrying the Libyan military delegation that crashed in Haymana district of Ankara were damaged, and announced that actions would be taken regarding this matter in the UK.

The Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, regarding the black box and voice recorders of the plane carrying the Libyan delegation that crashed in Haymana district of Ankara, said, "Both have been damaged. There are 4 countries in the world that can solve this. Friends in England have made a decision regarding this process."

The Minister of Transport and Infrastructure, Abdulkadir Uraloğlu, answered journalists' questions before the AK Party group meeting in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM). Minister Uraloğlu, regarding the plane crash in which the Libyan military delegation lost their lives, stated, "We have been closely following the process. Both the black box and the voice recorders there have been damaged. There are 4 countries in the world that can solve this. One of our friends, along with the Libyan side and the country that produced the plane, must accompany one of these 4 countries, and friends in England have made a decision regarding this process. Of course, this is being conducted by our Chief Public Prosecutor's Office in Ankara. We will continue in this regard; however, this will be a process that takes some time. We have assigned our delegation, they will go to England and closely follow the process with the parties."
