Four immunity files belonging to four members of parliament, including CHP Chairman Özgür Özel and CHP Group Deputy Chairman Ali Mahir Başarır, were submitted to the Presidency of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey.

The presidential motions regarding the lifting of legislative immunity have been referred by the Speaker of the Parliament to the Joint Committee composed of members of the Constitutional and Justice Commissions.
