The Financial Crimes Investigation Branch of the Istanbul Police Department conducted an operation at the car gallery on Bağdat Avenue owned by the person alleged to have defrauded customers and investors of approximately 11 billion lira and fled abroad. Teams conducted an inspection at the workplace, which was learned to have been closed for a long time.
VEHICLES RETURNED TO THEIR OWNERS
The vehicles in the car gallery were checked one by one. After the work was completed, the cars whose ownership was determined were returned to their owners, while the others were taken to the impound lot. It was learned that many victims had filed a criminal complaint with the prosecutor's office regarding the allegations, and that the investigation was being conducted in a comprehensive manner.
