CONCRETE PIECES RAINED DOWN
The incident occurred around 11:00 PM on 57th Street in the Yeşiltepe neighborhood of Zeytinburnu. Concrete pieces broke off from the roof of a four-story building in the urban transformation phase and fell onto the street.
PARKED VEHICLES WERE DAMAGED
The fallen concrete pieces landed on three vehicles parked on the street. Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries, but the vehicles sustained significant damage.
STREET CLOSED TO VEHICLES AND PEDESTRIANS
Upon notification, police and fire crews were dispatched to the scene. While police teams closed the street to vehicle and pedestrian traffic, fire crews began work under safety precautions.
