Two individuals identified for abusing horses in Adana's Central Park have been detained. While the suspects were placed under judicial control, they were also required to clean the animal shelter once a week. The horses have been placed under protection.
Two suspects were placed under judicial control following images of horses being mistreated in Merkez Park in Adana, and they were also assigned the obligation to clean an animal shelter one day a week.
2 SUSPECTS RELEASED UNDER JUDICIAL CONTROL
After the emergence of images related to the mistreatment of animals in Merkez Park in the Seyhan district, law enforcement units initiated an investigation, and A.U. (25) and Ö.A. (26), who were believed to be the owners of the horses, were detained. After their procedures at the police station, the two suspects were brought to court yesterday and were released under judicial control conditions.
HORSES PLACED UNDER PROTECTION BY MUNICIPAL TEAMS
While the suspects were subjected to a travel ban abroad, they were also assigned the obligation to clean the animal shelter one day a week. Furthermore, it was learned that the horses involved in the incident were placed under protection and handed over to the relevant municipal teams.
