The appeal against the release decision for Necati Arabacı, the leader of the organized crime group known as the "Hell Angels," who is detained in İzmir, has been accepted. The court has issued a new arrest warrant.
The investigation against Arabacı, who was arrested as part of the investigation conducted by the İzmir Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, is ongoing.
The İzmir 26th Criminal Court of First Instance had decided to release Arabacı under judicial control for the charges of "establishing an organization for the purpose of committing a crime" and "qualified robbery," but this decision was overturned by the 1st Heavy Criminal Court upon the objection of the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. The court issued a new arrest warrant for Arabacı.
